it was hard to get the day started. didn’t want to get out of bed. wasn’t motivated to exercise. then power went out. by the time it came back on i had given up on trying to write the paper. anthony n i went to chapters. i needed some coffee n i wasn’t able to find the coffee beans at home. ran into kelvin at chapters. felt awkward n strange. went to get bonnie a bigger tank (he loves it by the way). went to lansdown. went to the mall and helped anthony buy new clothes (a sweater, three shirts, and a vest. we did well). came home and did some reading for the paper. mark came over. we studied and chatted. i think he’s the nicest guy ever. i am so impressed by his gentleness. and then anthony rushed into my room with the bad, bad news. after mark left we went to stanley park. the night was covered in fog. everything looked strange. now anthony’s going to finland on wednesday. he’s different now. i think he’ll never be the same. i feel different now, too. it’s been a strange day.
